Ristorante Capri is an italian family run restaurant, with wonderful, homemade food from the italian kitchen, however made with the best of the local, fresh produce. There are great similarities between the Sami and italian family culture. Both are very family oriented and they gather as often as possible, as well as the mother playing a central and important role in the family. Great, long family dinners, with mom’s homemade food, either pasta, risotto, bidus or smoked meat, are characteristics of the two cultures. Ristorante Capri takes the best from the kitchen of both cultures and serves it here in Varangerbotn. Here you will be served local fresh produce with italian temperament and love.
